The "Proposición" Project objectives are:

• Show the Government [1] the advantages of using open technologies [2] as an alternative to the closed technologies used at present.
   
• Promote the use of open technologies within the Government.
   
• Promote the development and diffusion of an open technologies implementation project within the Government.
   

[1]	"Government" refers to all government levels.
[2]	"Open technologies" refers to Open Hardware, Free Software and Open Standard Formats.
